General Terms and Conditions "Terms and Conditions"
1. General
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Trikombin Austria – Peter Lindpointner (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
2. Prices
2.1. Online prices: The current prices apply, which are always updated daily in the Trikombin Austria online shop.
2.2. Discounts on online prices: Discount codes can only be applied to the prices listed in the online shop! Additional discount codes cannot be applied to resale discounts from resellers that are not visible in the online shop.
3. Specialist protection
Trikombin devices, Trikombin accessories, DTS test boxes, Trikombin licenses & libraries can only be purchased by doctors, therapists, alternative practitioners or healthcare facilities and are therefore not resale products!
4. Shipping costs
Austria: For orders over €100 gross, shipping costs within Austria are waived. EMS shipping is also available upon request. In this case, the costs are charged to the recipient accordingly, regardless of the purchase value.
Shipping costs or shipping to neighboring countries:
Depending on the product and order value, we will charge the customer additional shipping costs after the order has been placed.

Shipping costs to Switzerland:
The costs for export from Austria, import into Switzerland, customs clearance, and Swiss taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These will either be charged directly to the customer by the supplier or invoiced to the customer by Trikombin Austria.
Trikombin Austria covers shipping costs to Switzerland for orders over €800 net! Shipping to Switzerland is at least €29.99, depending on the package weight. The corresponding costs will be billed separately to the customer after the online order.
5. Delivery
Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days for items in stock. Items not in stock will be shipped as quickly as possible. Certain products cannot be shipped to all neighboring countries. We reserve the right to refuse online orders. In this case, any money already paid to us, e.g., by credit card, will be automatically refunded.
6. Method of payment
• New customers and end users: Generally against advance payment or by credit card in the online shop!
• Existing customers such as doctors, therapists and resellers: 20 days net!
• Purchase of a Trikombin device with accessories: Only against advance payment!
Transfers (prepayment or on account) from Switzerland:
If you don't have your own euro account, we ask you to make the transfer "free of charge for the recipient." If you choose another transfer method, please understand that we will have to charge you any additional bank fees charged by your bank.
7. Product Return
- In principle, the return of products, goods such as DTS therapy ampoules, used chip cards, opened packaging of consumables, opened dietary supplements during or in the event of intolerance after consumption, books, etc. is excluded.
- Zappers can only be returned within 30 days under the following conditions. For hygiene reasons, wristbands, abdominal belts, etc., as well as any cables showing signs of wear, will be charged for after the first use. If the zapper or the fractal antenna show signs of wear, returns are not possible.
- Returns of a Trikombin device are only possible if this was specifically agreed upon when ordering. A return policy for a Trikombin device can be agreed upon for a maximum of four weeks (28 days) from delivery. If a return is agreed upon and the device shows signs of wear, it is no longer possible to return it at the original price. The seller will determine a corresponding depreciation based on the signs of wear and tear or any damage. Additional licenses or libraries purchased are generally always deducted from the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return. Except in the case of defective goods, the goods will be replaced and reshipped at no additional cost.
8. Resale products
The following products in the online shop are considered resale products:
Diamond Shield Zapper and all accessories, Mannayan nutritional supplements and colloids, Nutramedix, Norsan, Vitality, electricity & water pollution products, specialist books!
9. Resale discounts
Resale discounts and volume discounts are available exclusively to physicians, therapists, alternative practitioners, energy healers, healthcare facilities, and retailers. The purchase quantity must be proportionate to the typical resale volume. The amount of discounts for resale products varies and can be requested at any time directly from Trikombin Austria, Peter Lindpointner, at office@trikombin-oesterreich.at.
9.1 Automatic discount deduction for resellers:
For existing customers, the resale discounts are automatically deducted from orders placed in the online shop, even if the resale customer orders in the online shop at the normal retail prices.
9.2 What are non-resale products:
Trikombin devices, Trikombin accessories, DTS test kits, and Trikombin licenses and libraries are generally not resale products. Therefore, no resale discounts can be granted on these items, as they are not intended for resale to end users.
9.3 How do I become a reseller:
Upon presentation of appropriate documentation, you can be listed as a distribution partner. Contact us here and send the relevant documentation to office@trikombin-österreich.at. Resale discounts for lower-priced products are sometimes only granted for larger quantities. The general rule is: The purchase quantity must clearly represent a resale quantity over the course of a year. Resale discounts are not granted to companies that use our products solely for their own needs.
9.4 Diamond Shield Zapperwiederverkäufer:
If you purchase at least 4 Diamond Shield Zappers with your first order, you will automatically be registered as a reseller. If you initially order only 1 or 2 devices, you will receive the resale discount later once you have sold a total of 4 Diamond Shield Zappers within 12 months. Generally, the reseller period is considered to be eligibility if you sell at least 4 devices within 12 months. You can then redeem this credit with your next order, or we will transfer the credit amount to your business account!
Trikombin doctors and therapists are automatically resellers!
10. Leasing offers
Trikombin purchasers generally have the option of leasing equipment. Trikombin Austria will connect you with a leasing bank. To lease equipment, you must have been self-employed for at least 18 months! Should the leasing bank refuse to process a lease with the customer due to a lack of liquidity or a lack of a business concept, Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner is generally indemnified and held harmless. Therefore, no purchase agreement is concluded between the customer and Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner. If a purchase agreement has already been concluded, the buyer must ensure that the equipment is financed elsewhere, or the purchase agreement will be declared invalid. The entire scope of the initial equipment, including all test ampoules, licenses, and libraries, can be leased.
11. Hire purchase
Trikombin buyers generally have the option of a lease-purchase agreement. This lease-purchase option is limited annually, meaning that if Trikombin Austria already has a high contingent of lease-purchase equipment in a given year, it cannot offer lease-purchase to additional prospective buyers in the same year. The contingent is always based on the current general market situation.
Requirements:
- Test ampoules cannot be included in the rental purchase.
- Licenses and libraries can be included in the rental purchase.
- The lease-purchase option can be agreed for three or a maximum of four years. Ownership of the device, including the ordered licenses and libraries, only becomes the buyer's property upon full payment of the final installment.
- Newly self-employed individuals must submit a business plan for at least three years. Existing therapists, doctors, and alternative practitioners with an active practice are not required to submit a business plan.
- The deposit must be at least € 5000,- net!
- Payment of the monthly installment is made exclusively via direct debit!
Early termination of contract:
- Trikombins cannot be returned for the first 12 months. From the 12th month onward, returns are possible monthly.
- The return of the device must be notified in writing at least 3 months before the desired return date.
- The monthly installments paid up to the time of return, including the down payment, are considered pure rent and cannot be deducted or offset in any other way and will not be returned to the buyer.
- In addition, in the case of atypical signs of wear and tear for the duration of the rental period or in the case of improper handling or damage, an additional corresponding devaluation may be determined by the seller, the costs of which resulting from the valuation will be additionally invoiced by the seller to the customer.
Rental cost calculation:
The monthly rental costs are determined in advance upon conclusion of the contract, taking into account the relevant bank charges and interest, and are presented to the customer as an offer for signature.
Should the European base interest rate change by more than 0.25% during the lease-to-own agreement, the monthly rate will be adjusted accordingly. As a general rule, the calculation is based on the Euribor with a 2% surcharge.
Hire purchase option as an example for a purchase in November 2023:
Equipment or financing amount:
Trikombin Special Edition €19,800 net; €23,760 including tax
Down payment (1st large installment) € 5000,- net € 6000,- incl. tax!
36 monthly installments of €449 each net; €538.80 including tax
Based on 6% interest!
The purchased test kits included in the special edition remain with the customer even if the package is cancelled!
If you cancel the rental purchase, you will be charged an advance payment of €1,000 net (€1,200 including tax) for the test boxes. This amount is due net within 14 days.
Further conditions:
The lease purchase is arranged directly with Trikombin Austria. Should Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner reject the lease purchase option, Trikombin Austria is generally held harmless and indemnified. Therefore, no purchase contract is created between the customer and Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner. If a purchase contract has already been concluded, the buyer must ensure that the device is financed through other means, or the purchase contract will be declared invalid.
12. Revocation
If an order is cancelled, the resulting costs shall be borne by the customer.
13. Retention of title
The products remain the property of Trikombin Austria – Peter Lindpointner until full payment has been made.
14. Warranty services
- We guarantee a new Trikombin device for 3 years from the date of shipment!
- We offer a 2-year warranty on a new Zapper device from the date of shipment!
- Damage caused by the customer or user is not covered by the warranty!
15th seminars by Trikombin Austria
- 15.1. Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner is the organizer of the continuing education courses offered. The individual instructors are responsible and liable for the respective continuing education content.
- 15.2. The event fees are determined for each individual seminar and workshop event.
- 15.3. Registrations will be processed based on the date of receipt (postmark or email address). The maximum number of participants per seminar/workshop is determined by the type of event. Registrations must be made exclusively in writing (email, post, or via the registration form on the website) and are binding. Online registration is binding upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Verbal agreements are invalid. Reservations are not accepted. If the course is fully booked before the start date, a waiting list will be created.
- 15.4. Upon receipt of the registration, an order confirmation will be sent, specifying the deposit amount and payment deadline. The deposit corresponds to 30% of the total amount. The participation spot is only firmly reserved upon receipt of the deposit. If this is not received, Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner reserves the right to reassign the respective event spot if a waiting list exists.
- 15.5. The full event fee is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the event, in accordance with the payment terms stated in the order confirmation for the final amount (see above). If this is not done, Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner reserves the right to reassign the respective event spot if a waiting list exists. Any deposit already paid will not be refunded in this case. For registrations within 6 weeks prior to the start of the event, the full event fee must be paid immediately upon registration.
- 15.6. Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to 6 weeks before the start of the respective event and are only valid after receipt of written confirmation and cancellation confirmation (by email, mail, or fax) from gesund beschwingt KG. In this case, the fees paid will be refunded, less a processing fee of €20.00. Cancellations received 6 weeks or more before the start of the respective event will be charged 100% of the booked service. If the originally booked seminar/workshop is rebooked to a different date, the cancellation fees will be waived.
- 15.6.1 If the participant is unable to attend the event, they may transfer the contractual relationship to another person. The transfer must be notified to the organizer in writing. The transferor and the transferee are jointly and severally liable for any outstanding fees and, if applicable, any additional costs incurred as a result of the transfer.
- 15.7. Liability for personal injury and property damage at events organized by Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Participation in the events is at your own risk.
- 15.8. Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner expressly reserves the right to make changes to the advertised events, dates, and schedules. This also applies in the event of a short-term unavailability of the event director or a speaker. In this case, Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner will endeavor to find an equivalent replacement. If this cannot be guaranteed, the event will be rescheduled to a later date.
- 15.8.1 If the number of participants is too low, an event may be canceled without replacement or postponed to a later date. Any payments made by participants (deposits or event fees) will then be fully and promptly refunded. No further claims can be made against Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner. Participants will be notified in a timely manner (up to one week before the event) in case of cancellations.
- 15.9. Event materials may be distributed in printed or electronic form (.pdf). It is expressly stated that the copyright to the event materials (scripts, copies, etc.) remains with Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner or the respective author and writer of the materials. There is no right to printed scripts.
- October 15. Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner uses personal data such as last name, first name, address, date of birth, job title, email addresses, and telephone numbers exclusively for information purposes (e.g., newsletters) or to promote Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner events. By accepting the Terms and Conditions upon registration, participants agree to this. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time. This withdrawal must be made in writing (email is sufficient).
- 15.10.1 During our events, photographs and/or films may be taken by or on behalf of Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner. By registering for the event, you acknowledge that photographs and video material depicting you may be used for press coverage and published in various (social) media, publications, and on Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner's websites.
