General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. General
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Trikombin Austria – Peter Lindpointner (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller").
2. Specialist protection
Trikombin devices, Trikombin accessories, DTS test kits, Trikombin licenses & libraries can only be purchased by doctors, therapists, alternative practitioners or healthcare facilities and are therefore not resale products!
3. Shipping costs
Austria: Free shipping within Austria for orders over €100 (gross). EMS shipping is also available upon request. In this case, the cost will be charged separately to the recipient and not included in the order total.
Shipping costs or shipping to neighboring countries:
Depending on the product and order value, shipping costs will be charged to the customer individually after the order has been placed.

Shipping costs to Switzerland:
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with exporting from Austria, importing into Switzerland, customs clearance, and Swiss taxes. These costs will either be billed directly to the customer by the supplier or by Trikombin Austria.
Trikombin Austria covers shipping costs to Switzerland for orders over €800 net! Shipping to Switzerland costs at least €29.99, depending on the package weight; these costs will be invoiced separately to the customer after online ordering.
4th delivery
Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days for items in stock. Items not in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. Certain products cannot be shipped to all neighboring countries. We reserve the right to refuse online orders. In this case, any payments already made to us, e.g., by credit card, will be automatically refunded.
5. Prizes
5.1. Online prices:
The current prices apply, which are always available daily in the Trikombin Austria online shop.
5.2. Discounts on online prices:
Discount codes can only be applied to the prices listed in the online shop! Discount codes cannot be applied to reseller discounts offered by other retailers that are not visible in the online shop!
5.3. Discount codes:
Discount codes issued by us are only redeemable within the specified validity period and under the conditions applicable at the time of redemption.
Discount codes marked "unlimited validity" are subject to our unrestricted right to modify and revoke them. We reserve the right to change, restrict, or completely deactivate such discount codes at any time and without giving reasons.
If we change or terminate a discount code that has no time limit, there is no legal entitlement to an extension, restoration of validity or any other compensation.
6. Payment method
New customers and end consumers: Generally, payment is required in advance or by credit card in the online shop!
Existing customers such as doctors, therapists and resellers: 20 days net!
Purchase of a three-piece suit with accessories: Only against prepayment!
Transfers (prepayment or on account) from Switzerland:
If you do not have your own Euro account, please send the transfer as "Free of charge for the recipient". Should you choose a different transfer method, please understand that we will have to charge you for any additional bank fees incurred by our bank.
7. Product/Goods Return
- In principle, the return of products, goods (e.g., DTS therapy ampoules), used chip cards, opened packaging of consumables, opened food supplements in case of intolerance after ingestion, books, etc., is excluded.
- Zappers can only be returned within 30 days under the following conditions. From the first use onwards, wrist cuffs, waist belts, etc., as well as any cables showing signs of use, will be charged for due to hygiene reasons. If the zapper or the fractal antenna shows signs of use, a return is not possible.
- Returns of a Trikombin device are only possible if specifically agreed upon at the time of ordering. A return policy for a Trikombin device can be agreed upon for a maximum of 4 weeks (28 days) from delivery. If a return has been agreed upon and the device shows signs of use, a refund of the original purchase price is no longer possible. A corresponding deduction will be determined by the seller based on the extent of use and any damage. Any additional licenses or libraries purchased will always be deducted from the refund upon return.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective goods. In this case, the goods will be replaced and reshipped free of charge.
8. Resale products
The following products available in the online shop are considered resale products:
Diamond Shield Zapper and all accessories, Mannayan nutritional supplements and colloids, Nutramedix, Norsan, Vitality, electricity & water pollution products, specialist books!
9. Resale discounts
Reseller and volume discounts are exclusively for doctors, therapists, alternative practitioners, energy healers, healthcare facilities, and retailers. The purchase quantity must be proportionate to the typical resale volume. Discount rates for resale products vary and can be obtained directly from Trikombin Austria, Peter Lindpointner, at office@trikombin-oesterreich.at.
9.1 Automatic discount deduction for resellers:
For existing customers, reseller discounts are automatically deducted even when ordering from the online shop, even if the reseller orders from the online shop at the normal end-consumer prices.
9.2 What are not resale products:
Trikombin devices, Trikombin accessories, DTS test kits, as well as Trikombin licenses and libraries are generally not resale products. Therefore, no resale discounts can be granted on these items, as they are not intended for resale to end users.
9.3 How do I become a reseller?
Upon presentation of the appropriate documentation, you can be listed as a sales partner. Contact us here and send the relevant documents to office@trikombin-österreich.at. Reseller discounts are sometimes only granted for larger quantities of lower-priced products. Generally, the total purchase volume must clearly represent a resale volume over the course of the year. Reseller discounts are not granted to companies that use our products solely for their own internal use.
9.4 Diamond Shield Zapperwiederverkäufer:
If you purchase at least four Diamond Shield Zappers with your first order, you will be automatically registered as a reseller. If you initially order only one or two devices, you will receive the reseller discount later, once you have sold a total of four Diamond Shield Zappers within 12 months. Generally, the period for reseller status requires selling at least four devices within 12 months. You can then redeem this credit with your next order, or we can transfer the credit amount to your business account.
Trikombin doctors and therapists are automatically resellers!
10. Leasing offers
For those purchasing a Trikombin device, equipment leasing is generally an option. Trikombin Austria facilitates the connection with a leasing bank. To qualify for equipment leasing, you must have been self-employed for at least 18 months. Should the leasing bank decline to process a lease with the customer due to insufficient liquidity or a lack of a sound business plan, Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner is to be held harmless and indemnified. In such cases, no purchase agreement is formed between the customer and Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner. If a purchase agreement has already been formed, the buyer is responsible for securing alternative financing for the device, or the purchase agreement can be declared invalid. The complete initial equipment package, including all test vials, licenses, and libraries, can be leased.
11. Rent-to-own
For Trikombin purchasers, a lease-purchase option is generally available. This option is limited annually, meaning that if Trikombin Austria has already reached a high quota of lease-purchase units in a given year, no further offers can be made to interested parties in the same year. The quota is determined by the prevailing market conditions.
Requirements:
- Test ampoules cannot be included in a lease-purchase agreement.
- Licenses and libraries can be included in the rent-to-own agreement.
- The lease-purchase option can be agreed upon for three or a maximum of four years. Only upon full payment of the final installment does the device, along with the ordered licenses and libraries, become the property of the buyer.
- New self-employed individuals must submit a corresponding business plan covering at least three years. Existing therapists, doctors, and alternative practitioners with an active practice are not required to submit a business plan.
- The down payment must be at least €5000 net!
- The monthly installment will be paid exclusively via direct debit!
Premature termination of contract:
- Returns of the tri-suit are generally not possible during the first 12 months. From the 12th month onwards, returns are possible on a monthly basis.
- The return of the device must be announced in writing at least 3 months before the desired return date.
- The monthly installments paid up to the time of return, including the down payment, are considered pure rent and cannot be deducted or offset in any other way, nor will they be returned to the buyer.
- In addition, in the case of atypical signs of wear and tear during the rental period, improper handling, or damage, the seller may determine an additional corresponding depreciation, the costs of which resulting from the assessment will be additionally invoiced to the customer by the seller.
Rent calculation:
The monthly rental costs are determined in advance at the time of contract conclusion, taking into account applicable bank fees and interest, and presented to the customer as an offer for company signature.
Should the European Central Bank's key interest rate change by more than 0.25% during the term of the lease-purchase agreement, the monthly payment will be adjusted accordingly. As a rule, the calculation is based on the Euribor with a 2% markup.
Rent-to-own option as an example for a purchase in November 2023:
Equipment or financing amount:
Trikombin Special Edition €19,800 net; €23,760 incl. tax
Down payment (1st large installment) € 5000,- net € 6000,- incl. tax!
36 monthly installments of €449 net each; €538.80 incl. tax
Based on 6% interest!
The purchased test kits included in the special edition remain with the customer even if the contract is terminated!
In the event of cancellation of the lease-purchase agreement, a down payment of €1000 net (€1200 including tax) will be charged for the test kits. This amount is due net within 14 days.
Further conditions:
The lease-purchase agreement is made directly with Trikombin Austria. Should Trikombin Austria, Peter Lindpointner, reject the lease-purchase option, the customer shall indemnify and hold Trikombin Austria harmless. In this case, no purchase agreement is formed between the customer and Trikombin Austria, Peter Lindpointner. If a purchase agreement has already been formed, the buyer must arrange alternative financing for the equipment, or the purchase agreement can be declared invalid.
12. Revocation
If an order is cancelled, the resulting costs will be borne by the customer.
13. Retention of title
The products remain the property of Trikombin Austria – Peter Lindpointner until full payment is received.
14. Warranty services
- We offer a 3-year warranty on new Trikombin devices from the date of shipment!
- We offer a 2-year warranty on new Zapper devices from the date of shipment!
- Damage caused by the customer or user is not covered by warranty!
15th Seminars of Trikombin Austria
- 15.1. Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner is considered the organizer for the offered training courses. The individual instructors are responsible and liable for the respective training content delivered by them.
- 15.2. The event fees are set for each individual seminar and workshop event.
- 15.3. Registrations will be processed according to the date of receipt (postmark or email date). The maximum number of participants for the seminars/workshops is determined by the type of event. Registrations must be submitted in writing only (email, post, registration form on the website) and are binding. Online registration is binding upon acceptance of the terms and conditions. Verbal agreements are not valid. Reservations are not accepted. If all course places are booked before the start, a waiting list will be created.
- 15.4. Upon receipt of the registration, an order confirmation will be sent, specifying the deposit amount and payment deadline. The deposit is 30% of the total amount. The place is only reserved after receipt of the deposit. If this does not occur, Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner reserves the right to allocate the respective event place to someone else, provided there is a waiting list.
- 15.5. The full event fee is due no later than six weeks before the start of the event, according to the payment terms stated in the order confirmation. If payment is not received by this deadline, Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner reserves the right to allocate the event place to someone else, provided there is a waiting list. Any deposit already paid will not be refunded in this case. For registrations made within six weeks of the start of the event, the full event fee is due immediately upon registration.
- 15.6. Cancellations must be made in writing up to 6 weeks before the start of the respective event and are only valid after receipt of a written response and cancellation confirmation (by email, post, or fax) from gesund beschwingt KG. In this case, the fees paid will be refunded less a €20.00 processing fee. For cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the start of the respective event, 100% of the booked service will be charged. If the originally booked seminar/workshop is rescheduled to another date, the cancellation fees will be waived.
- 15.6.1 If a participant is unable to attend the event, they may transfer the contractual relationship to another person. The transfer must be communicated to the organizer in writing. The transferor and the transferee are jointly and severally liable for any outstanding fees and any additional costs incurred as a result of the transfer.
- 15.7. Liability for personal injury and property damage at events organized by Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Participation in the events is at your own risk.
- 15.8. Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner expressly reserves the right to make changes to the advertised events, dates, and schedules. This also applies in the event of the short-notice cancellation of the event organizer or a speaker. In this case, Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner will endeavor to find a suitable replacement. If this cannot be guaranteed, the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
- 15.8.1 If there are too few participants, an event may be cancelled without substitution or postponed to a later date. Any payments made by participants (deposits or event fees) will then be fully and immediately refunded. No further claims can be made against Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner. Participants will be notified of cancellations in a timely manner (up to one week before the event).
- 15.9. Event materials can be provided in printed or electronic form (.pdf). It is expressly stated that the copyright to the event materials (scripts, copies, etc.) remains with Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner or the respective author and creator of the materials. There is no entitlement to printed scripts.
- October 15th. Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner uses personal data such as name, first name, address, date of birth, job title, email addresses, and telephone numbers exclusively for informational purposes (e.g., newsletters) and/or promoting events. By accepting the terms and conditions during registration, participants agree to this. Participants may object to this at any time. This objection must be made in writing (email is sufficient).
- 15.10.1 Photographs and/or videos may be taken by or on behalf of Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner during our events. By registering for the event, you acknowledge that photographs and video material in which you appear may be used for press coverage and published in various (social) media, publications, and on the websites of Trikombin Austria Peter Lindpointner.
